Review and manage stakeholder connections

Use AI-suggested connections to understand how stakeholders are related within a project and confirm or dismiss those relationships.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the stakeholder’s Connections tab​

In the stakeholder detail view, select the "Connections" tab to load AI-suggested and previously confirmed relationships for the chosen stakeholder.

Step 2: Review AI-suggested stakeholder connections​

Scan the list of suggested connections, including each stakeholder’s name, confidence level, and the reasons such as shared documents or forms that support the suggested relationship.

Step 3: Confirm a suggested connection​

When a suggestion looks correct, click the confirm control (for example, the tick icon) to add it to the list of confirmed stakeholder connections for the project.

Step 4: Dismiss an incorrect connection suggestion​

If a suggestion is not relevant, click the dismiss control (for example, the cross icon) to remove it so it no longer appears in the suggested connections list.

Step 5: Review confirmed stakeholder connections​

Switch to the confirmed connections section to see all relationships you have already approved, including when they were confirmed and their underlying evidence.

Step 6: Interpret connection evidence and confidence​

Use the confidence score, shared document count, shared form count, and reasoning text to understand how strongly stakeholders are connected and prioritise follow-up.
