Review and manage stakeholder connections

Review AI-suggested stakeholder connections for a project and confirm or dismiss them so your relationship map stays accurate.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the stakeholder's Connections tab​

Navigate to the stakeholder detail page for your project and open the Connections tab to see AI-suggested and confirmed relationships.

Step 2: Review AI-suggested connections​

Look through the suggested connections list, including the stakeholder names, confidence level, and reasons based on shared documents or forms.

Step 3: Confirm relevant connections​

For suggestions that accurately represent real relationships, select the confirm action so they become part of the confirmed connections list.

Step 4: Dismiss irrelevant suggestions​

For suggestions that are not relevant or incorrect, select the dismiss action to remove them from the suggestions list and keep your data clean.

Step 5: Review confirmed connections​

Check the confirmed connections section to see all approved relationships, including the stakeholder’s role, email where available, and when the connection was confirmed.
