Review items that need attention from the header strip
Use the header signal strip to see which areas need attention and jump straight to the relevant items.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Check whether any items need attention
When there are no outstanding actions for your organisation, the header signal strip does not appear, indicating that there is nothing requiring your attention.

Step 2: View attention counts by category
When actions are required, look at the header signal strip to see coloured pills for each category that needs attention, such as forms, RAMS, or compliance, each showing how many items need review.

Step 3: Understand forms and RAMS alerts
Use the wording on each pill to understand what is needed, for example "Forms: 2 overdue" for overdue forms or "RAMS: 4 to review" for risk assessments and method statements awaiting review.

Step 4: Understand compliance alerts
For compliance, read the descriptor to see the status breakdown, such as "Compliance: 1 expired", which indicates how many compliance records have expired and need updating.

Step 5: Open filtered lists from the header
Click a filterable pill, such as "Forms: 2 overdue", to open the corresponding tab with the list already filtered to only show items that need your attention.

Step 6: Open summary-style sections without filters
Click a summary-style pill, such as the compliance indicator, to open the related section in its normal view without pre-filtering so you can see all relevant records.
