Review key information about a stakeholder, including contact details, roles, status, and compliance at a glance.

Steps

Step 1: Open the stakeholder overview tab

Navigate to a stakeholder in your project and open the Overview tab to see their high-level details in one place.

Step 2: Review stakeholder identity and contact information

Check the stakeholder’s name, organisation or company, email, phone, and other core fields such as website or location to confirm who they are and how to reach them.

Step 3: Check project role and responsibilities

Look at the stakeholder’s primary project role and any additional project roles or badges to understand their responsibilities within the project.

Step 4: Assess stakeholder status

Use the status indicator shown on the overview to quickly understand whether the stakeholder is active, inactive, or in another defined state.

Step 5: Review compliance summary

Examine the compliance summary section, including coloured indicators such as "Compliant" or "Expiring Soon", to understand any compliance risks that may affect the stakeholder.

Step 6: Note recent activity and timing

Check any displayed timestamps, such as when the stakeholder was last updated or added, to understand how recent the information is.
