View a company’s inspection and test plans (ITPs)

Review all inspection and test plans linked to a contractor, see their status, and open individual ITPs for detailed inspection planning.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the company detail view​

Navigate to the relevant company in the stakeholders area so that you are on the company detail page where the ITP tab is available.

Step 2: Switch to the ITP tab​

Select the ITP tab in the company detail view to see the register filtered to inspection and test plans where this company is the installing contractor.

Step 3: Review ITP statuses and progress​

Scan the list of ITPs to see each item’s stage shown as a status pill, along with the overall completion progress across the company’s ITPs.

Step 4: Check hold points and upcoming inspections​

Use the right-hand signals in each row to identify ITPs that need attention, such as open hold points, overdue inspections, or approaching inspection dates.

Step 5: Open an individual ITP​

Click an ITP row to open its detailed ITP lens view, where you can review the full inspection and test requirements for that item.

Step 6: Filter to ITPs needing attention​

When deep-linked from an attention signal, use the attention-only view to focus on ITPs that currently require action from the installing contractor.

Step 7: Clear the attention filter​

Use the clear filter option on the tab to return from the attention-only view back to the full list of ITPs for the company.
