Manage stakeholder documents

View and manage documents linked to a stakeholder, and understand any compliance document gaps.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Documents tab for a stakeholder

Navigate to the stakeholder detail view and select the Documents tab to see all files associated with that stakeholder.

Step 2: Review required documents for a company

For company stakeholders, check the Required documents section to see which compliance documents are already on file and which are still missing.

Step 3: Add a document to meet a requirement

Use the "add document" option beside a missing requirement to pick an existing document or upload a new one, and link it directly to that requirement.

Step 4: Review all linked documents

Scroll to the Linked documents list to see every document currently associated with the stakeholder, including key details such as name and type.

Use the document picker in the Linked documents section to add more files to the stakeholder, or remove links that are no longer relevant.

Step 6: Understand authored documents

For company stakeholders in a project, note any documents authored by the organisation that are automatically shown and counted but cannot be unlinked.

Step 7: Recognise limitations for individual people

When viewing a person stakeholder, read the empty state message explaining that personal document linking is not yet supported, rather than assuming no documents exist.
