Manage stakeholder documents
View and manage documents linked to a stakeholder, and understand any compliance document gaps.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Documents tab for a stakeholder
Navigate to the stakeholder detail view and select the Documents tab to see all files associated with that stakeholder.

Step 2: Review required documents for a company
For company stakeholders, check the Required documents section to see which compliance documents are already on file and which are still missing.

Step 3: Add a document to meet a requirement
Use the "add document" option beside a missing requirement to pick an existing document or upload a new one, and link it directly to that requirement.

Step 4: Review all linked documents
Scroll to the Linked documents list to see every document currently associated with the stakeholder, including key details such as name and type.

Step 5: Link or unlink additional documents
Use the document picker in the Linked documents section to add more files to the stakeholder, or remove links that are no longer relevant.

Step 6: Understand authored documents
For company stakeholders in a project, note any documents authored by the organisation that are automatically shown and counted but cannot be unlinked.

Step 7: Recognise limitations for individual people
When viewing a person stakeholder, read the empty state message explaining that personal document linking is not yet supported, rather than assuming no documents exist.
