Review outstanding items from the header signal strip
Use the header signal strip to see which items need your attention and jump straight to the correct tab.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Check for attention alerts in the header
When a company has items needing attention, a row of coloured pills appears in the header showing each area (such as Forms, RAMS, ITP, Compliance) with the number of overdue or to-review items.

Step 2: Understand the counts and labels
Read each pill to see how many items need action and what type of attention is required, for example "Forms: 2 overdue", "RAMS: 4 to review", "ITP: 3 to inspect", or "Compliance: 1 expired".

Step 3: Open the filtered list from a pill
Click a pill, such as the ITP or RAMS pill, to open the corresponding tab with the list automatically filtered to show only the items that currently need your attention.

Step 4: Confirm when no action is required
If there are no items needing attention for any area, the header signal strip is hidden so you can quickly see that nothing is currently outstanding.
