Manage ITP information for a stakeholder

Use the ITP tab on a stakeholder’s profile to review installation test plan items related to a company or person.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the stakeholder details​

Navigate to the stakeholder list, then select the relevant company or person to open their detailed profile view.

Step 2: Switch to the ITP tab​

In the stakeholder’s profile, select the ITP tab to view installation test plan information associated with this stakeholder.

Step 3: Review ITP register entries​

Review the list of ITP register rows, including titles, component references, statuses, and the installing contractor details that are automatically linked to the stakeholder.

Step 4: Check assigned contractor information​

Confirm that each ITP item shows the correct installing contractor organisation name so you can verify responsibility for the work.

Use any available links or actions from the ITP tab to move to related project views, such as component details or wider project registers, for further investigation.
