View and understand ITP details for a stakeholder
Use the ITP tab on a stakeholder’s profile to review installation test plan items linked to that company or person.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the stakeholder details page
From the stakeholders list, select the relevant company or person to open their detailed profile view.
Step 2: Navigate to the ITP tab
In the stakeholder details header, select the ITP tab to switch from the default overview to the installation test plan view.
Step 3: Review ITP register entries
On the ITP tab, review each ITP register row, including its title, status, and linked component information associated with this stakeholder.
Step 4: Check contractor information
Confirm that the installing contractor name and organisation shown for each ITP item match the stakeholder you are viewing.
Step 5: Inspect upcoming and due dates
For each ITP entry, review any scheduled or due dates so you can track forthcoming inspections or testing milestones.
Step 6: Switch between company and person stakeholders
Use the stakeholders list or navigation controls to move between company and individual stakeholder profiles and compare their ITP items.
