Manage and review project stakeholders
Use the unified stakeholder view to review, filter, search and manage all stakeholders associated with your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified stakeholder view
From your project workspace, navigate to the Stakeholders section to open the unified stakeholder view, which lists all organisations and people linked to the project.

Step 2: Apply a preset filter
Use the preset filter buttons at the top of the view (such as Companies, People or Archived) to quickly focus on a specific group of stakeholders.

Step 3: Search for a stakeholder
Enter a stakeholder name or keyword into the search bar to narrow the list and find specific organisations or people.

Step 4: Switch between table and grid views
Use the view toggle controls to switch between a detailed table view and a visual grid of stakeholder cards, depending on how you prefer to browse the list.

Step 5: Refine results with advanced filters
Open the advanced filters panel to apply more granular filters, such as stakeholder type, roles or other attributes, and then update the results.

Step 6: Review stakeholder details in split view
Select a stakeholder from the list to open the split-detail view, where you can see key information, project roles and related activity alongside the list.

Step 7: Add a new company stakeholder
Select the add company option to open the add-company dialogue, complete the required details and confirm to create a new organisation stakeholder.

Step 8: Add a new person stakeholder
Use the add person control to create a new individual stakeholder, associate them with the relevant organisation and assign an appropriate project role.

Step 9: Manage stakeholder roles and project membership
In the stakeholder detail area, review and adjust project roles, ensuring each stakeholder has an accurate role assignment for reporting and permissions.

Step 10: Detect and merge duplicate stakeholders
When the duplicate detection banner appears, open the merge duplicates dialogue to review suggested matches and confirm merges, keeping your stakeholder list clean.

Step 11: Archive stakeholders no longer active
Use the archive action on a stakeholder to move them out of active views while keeping their history available for reference in archived filters.

Step 12: Close the stakeholder detail view
When you have finished reviewing a stakeholder, close the detail split view to return to the full list and continue working with other stakeholders.
