Verify stakeholder colour tokens
Ensure the stakeholders view uses consistent, on-brand colour tokens rather than deprecated raw Tailwind colour utilities.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the stakeholders view
Navigate to the unified stakeholders view in your project to review how stakeholders are displayed with the current design system colours.

Step 2: Scan stakeholder rows for status and type colours
Look down the stakeholder table and note how different statuses and stakeholder types are distinguished using consistent semantic colours instead of ad-hoc shades.

Step 3: Check merge duplicates dialog colours
Open the merge duplicates dialog from the stakeholders view and confirm that warning, highlight, and action states all use the same semantic colour tokens as the main table.

Step 4: Confirm there are no off-brand colour highlights
As you interact with filters, sorting, and navigation in the stakeholders view, verify that no elements use inconsistent or off-brand greys, reds, yellows, or other ad-hoc colours.
