Manage project stakeholder records and details
Use the unified stakeholder view to review stakeholders, open detailed records, and check activity, connections, and compliance for your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified stakeholder view
From your project workspace, go to the Stakeholders section to open the unified stakeholder table showing all people and organisations linked to the project.

Step 2: Filter and review stakeholders in the table
Use the table filters and sorting options to focus on specific stakeholders, such as people, companies, or those with particular statuses, then review each row for key summary information.

Step 3: Open a stakeholder card from the list
Select a stakeholder row in the unified table to open the stakeholder card, where you can see high-level details such as name, type, and status.

Step 4: View full stakeholder details in the split view
Switch to the stakeholder detail split view to see the selected stakeholder’s information alongside the table, allowing you to keep context while exploring detailed data.

Step 5: Review stakeholder overview information
In the Overview tab, review core stakeholder details, including organisation or person type, contact information, and key project-related attributes.

Step 6: Check stakeholder activity history
Open the Activity tab to review the timeline of interactions and activities associated with the stakeholder, such as meetings, updates, or recorded touchpoints.

Step 7: Review stakeholder connections
Use the Connections tab to see suggested and confirmed connections between this stakeholder and others on the project, helping you understand influence and relationships.

Step 8: Review stakeholder compliance status
Open the Compliance tab to see compliance-related information and summaries for the stakeholder, such as whether key checks or requirements have been met.
