Review company action signals in the header
Use the header signal strip to see where action is needed for a company and jump straight to the relevant worklists.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: View the company header signal strip
Open a company detail page and look at the thin signal strip at the top of the header, which summarises areas needing your attention.

Step 2: Check forms that need attention
If you see a "Forms" pill such as "Forms: 2 overdue", note how many forms require action before selecting it to open the Forms tab.

Step 3: Review RAMS items requiring review
Select any "RAMS" pill (for example "RAMS: 4 to review") to open the RAMS tab pre-filtered to items that need your review.

Step 4: Monitor compliance deadlines
Use the "Compliance" pill when it appears (such as "Compliance: expiring") to jump straight to compliance records that are expired or close to expiring.

Step 5: Open other action lists from pills
Select other pills such as "Documents", "Packages" or "ITP" to open their respective tabs, focusing on items where action is required.

Step 6: Confirm when no action is required
If the signal strip is empty, treat this as confirmation that nothing currently needs your attention for that company.
