Review a stakeholder company’s certification and insurance compliance status, including key expiry dates and risk indicators.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the stakeholder record
Navigate to the stakeholder detail screen for the company you want to review, using the project’s stakeholder list or search to open their record.

Step 2: Switch to the Compliance tab
In the stakeholder detail view, select the Compliance tab to display the compliance summary for that company within the current project.

Step 3: Review overall compliance indicators
Check the overall compliance banners and status chips, using the green, amber, and red indicators to quickly see whether the stakeholder is compliant, expiring soon, non-compliant, or has no requirements.

Step 4: Inspect detailed certifications and insurance
For each listed requirement, review the certification or insurance name, current status, and expiry date, including how long remains until expiry or how long it has been overdue.

Step 5: Identify actions based on risk level
Use the warning and non-compliant indicators to prioritise which stakeholders require follow-up, renewal requests, or risk mitigation actions.
