Review stakeholder details in split view
Use the split-pane stakeholder view to quickly browse, review and manage stakeholder information without leaving your current context.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the stakeholder split view
Select a stakeholder from the main stakeholders list to open their details in the split view, showing a mini list on the left and detailed information on the right.

Step 2: Navigate between stakeholders
Use the mini list on the left or the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard to move between stakeholders while keeping the detail view open.

Step 3: Review the stakeholder overview
In the Overview tab, check key information about the stakeholder, including contact details, roles and status, and review any header signals shown at the top.

Step 4: Browse stakeholder documents
Open the Documents tab to view and manage files related to the selected stakeholder, such as contracts, correspondence or compliance records.

Step 5: View people and company relationships
Use the People/Company tab to see linked individuals and organisations for the stakeholder and understand how they connect to your project.

Step 6: Review forms and submissions
Switch to the Forms tab to see any forms associated with the stakeholder, including their statuses and submission history.

Step 7: Check compliance and packages
Use the Compliance, Packages and RAMS tabs to review compliance status, package assignments and risk assessments relevant to the stakeholder.

Step 8: Monitor connections and activity
Open the Connections and Activity tabs to see related links to other records and a timeline of recent actions involving the stakeholder.

Step 9: Close the split view
Click the close button at the top of the pane or press Escape on your keyboard to exit the split view and return to the main page.
