Use advanced filters for stakeholders
Filter stakeholders by type, role, status, organisation, documents, forms and date range to quickly find the records you need.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the advanced filters panel
From the stakeholders area, open the advanced filters panel to see all available filtering options such as type, role, status and organisation.

Step 2: Choose stakeholder types
In the Types section, select whether to include Companies, People or both; selected options are highlighted and will limit results to those stakeholder types.

Step 3: Select stakeholder roles
In the Roles section, pick one or more roles such as Admin, Member, Supplier or Client to narrow the list to stakeholders matching those roles.

Step 4: Filter by status
Use the Status section to include Active, Pending and/or Inactive stakeholders, excluding any statuses you do not want to see.

Step 5: Limit results by organisation
In the Organisation filter, choose one or more organisations from the list so that only stakeholders linked to those organisations are shown.

Step 6: Filter by documents and forms
Use the Has documents and Has forms toggles to only show stakeholders who have attached documents or completed forms, as required.

Step 7: Set a date range
Enter a From and To date to restrict the results to stakeholders within that date range, leaving either field blank if you only want a start or end date.

Step 8: Apply the filters
Select Apply to confirm your chosen filters; the stakeholder list refreshes to show only records matching all selected criteria.

Step 9: Clear all filters
Select Clear all to reset every advanced filter back to its default state and show the full stakeholder list again.
