View stakeholder overview

Review key details, roles, status and compliance information for a single stakeholder in your project.

Steps

Step 1: Open the stakeholder detail view

Navigate to the stakeholder section of your project and select a stakeholder from the list to open their detail view with the Overview tab visible.

Step 2: Review stakeholder identity and contact information

In the Overview tab, check the stakeholder’s name, company or organisation, email, phone number, website or location details to confirm who they are and how to reach them.

Step 3: Check stakeholder role and access within the project

Review the stakeholder’s primary project role, any additional project roles, and their access role to understand their responsibilities and level of access.

Step 4: Assess stakeholder status and recent activity

Look at the stakeholder’s current status, any status badge or label, and the last updated or last active information to see how recently they have been engaged.

Step 5: Review notes, description or bio

Scroll down to read any free-text notes, company descriptions or personal bios that provide extra context on the stakeholder’s background and involvement.

Step 6: Check compliance summary

Use the compliance section to see whether the stakeholder is compliant, expiring soon, non-compliant or has no applicable requirements, and review any linked compliance items.
