View and manage stakeholder details in split view
Use the split-pane detail view to review stakeholder information, switch between records, and access key tabs such as documents, people, forms, and activity.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the stakeholder split view
Select a stakeholder from your main stakeholder list to open their details in the split-pane view, with the mini list on the left and the full details on the right.

Step 2: Navigate between stakeholders in the mini list
Use the mini list on the left or the up and down arrow keys to move between stakeholders while keeping the detail pane open on the right.

Step 3: Review the stakeholder overview
In the Overview tab, review key information for the selected stakeholder, such as organisation or person details, roles, contact information, and current status badges.

Step 4: Switch between stakeholder detail tabs
Use the tab bar to switch between Overview, Documents, People/Company, Forms, Compliance, Packages, RAMS, ITP, Connections, and Activity to see different aspects of the stakeholder.

Step 5: Check compliance and action signals
Review the header signal strip and Compliance tab to quickly understand outstanding actions, compliance status, and any risks associated with the stakeholder.

Step 6: Access documents and records
Open the Documents, Packages, RAMS, and ITP tabs to see associated files and records linked to the stakeholder for the current project.

Step 7: View people and connections
Use the People/Company and Connections tabs to see related contacts, company relationships, and how the stakeholder links to other records across your projects.

Step 8: Track stakeholder activity
Open the Activity tab to review the timeline of recent updates, communications, and changes related to the stakeholder.

Step 9: Edit stakeholder information inline
Click the inline edit controls (for example, the pencil icon in Overview) to start editing key stakeholder fields, then save or cancel your changes directly in the split view.

Step 10: Remove a stakeholder from the project
Use the remove (bin) action to open the confirmation dialog, review the impact, and confirm if you want to remove the stakeholder from the project.

Step 11: Close the split view
Click the close icon or press Escape on your keyboard to close the split-pane view and return to the main stakeholder list.
