Manage stakeholders in the unified stakeholder view
Use the unified stakeholder view to search, filter, review, and manage people and organisations linked to your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified stakeholder view
Navigate to the Stakeholders section to open the unified stakeholder view, where people and organisations are listed in either a table or grid layout.

Step 2: Search for a stakeholder
Use the search bar at the top of the view to type a name, organisation, or keyword and immediately narrow the list of matching stakeholders.

Step 3: Apply preset and advanced filters
Choose a preset filter from the filter chips and, if needed, open the advanced filters panel to refine by stakeholder type, role, and other criteria.

Step 4: Switch between table and grid view
Use the layout toggle buttons to switch between a detailed table view and a card-based grid view, depending on how you prefer to review stakeholders.

Step 5: Open stakeholder details
Select a stakeholder from the list to open the split detail view, where you can review their information, project involvement, and related records.

Step 6: Add a new organisation
Select the option to add a company, then complete the required fields in the dialog to create a new organisation stakeholder for your project.

Step 7: Add a new person
Select the option to add a person, then provide their details in the dialog so they appear as an individual stakeholder in the unified list.

Step 8: Change stakeholder company roles in bulk
Use the bulk actions control to select multiple organisation stakeholders and apply a new company role to all of them at once.

Step 9: Export stakeholder data
Use the export action to generate and download a file containing the currently filtered stakeholders for reporting or offline review.

Step 10: Review and merge duplicates
When the duplicate detection banner appears, open the merge duplicates dialog to review suggested matches and merge them into a single stakeholder record.
