Review and manage stakeholders in the unified table

Use the unified stakeholder table to review, sort, and select companies and people in a single, consistent view.

Steps

Step 1: Open the unified stakeholders view

Navigate to the stakeholders section of the application to display the unified table of companies and people, including their roles, contact details, status, and linked resources.

Step 2: Sort stakeholders by key fields

Click on a column header such as Name, Type, Role, Status, Linked items, or Date to sort stakeholders, then click again to toggle between ascending and descending order using the chevron indicators.

Step 3: Select individual stakeholders

Use the checkbox in the first column of each row to select or deselect individual stakeholders, highlighting the selected rows for easier bulk review or follow-up actions.

Step 4: Select or clear all stakeholders in the list

Use the checkbox in the table header to select all visible stakeholders at once or to clear all current selections when you need to start again.

Step 5: Review contact details and linked resources

Scan the contact column for email and phone icons, and the linked column for document and form counts, to quickly understand how each stakeholder is connected and how much material is available.

Step 6: Check roles and status indicators

Use the role badges and status indicators in their respective columns to identify key stakeholders, their responsibilities, and their current engagement or approval status.

Step 7: Use row actions for quick stakeholder options

Click the actions menu at the end of a stakeholder row to access options such as viewing details, editing information, or archiving the stakeholder record.

Step 8: Understand loading, error, and empty states

When data is loading, watch the skeleton placeholders; if an error appears, review the message before retrying; if no stakeholders match your filters, use the empty state prompts to adjust or clear filters.
