View stakeholder compliance status

Review a stakeholder company’s compliance status, including certifications, insurance and expiry dates, with clear visual indicators.

Steps

Step 1: Open the stakeholder details

Navigate to the stakeholder record in your project and open the stakeholder details view where the different information tabs are displayed.

Step 2: Switch to the Compliance tab

Select the Compliance tab to load the stakeholder’s compliance summary, including requirements, expiry dates and overall status.

Step 3: Review overall compliance indicators

Check the main compliance indicators showing whether the stakeholder is compliant, expiring soon, non-compliant, or has no requirements, using the coloured labels and icons.

Step 4: Check expiry dates and time remaining

Review each listed requirement’s expiry date and the time remaining until expiry to identify items that are close to expiring or already expired.

Step 5: Identify missing or non-compliant items

Use the warning and error indicators to identify any missing, incomplete, or non-compliant certifications or insurance items that may require follow-up.
