Manage project stakeholders in the unified view
Use the unified stakeholder view to search, filter, review details, and perform bulk actions on people and organisations involved in your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified stakeholder view
Navigate to the Stakeholders section of your project to open the unified stakeholder view, which lists all people and organisations linked to the project.

Step 2: Switch between table and card views
Use the view toggle controls to switch between a table layout and a grid of cards, choosing the format that best suits how you want to browse stakeholders.

Step 3: Apply preset filters and advanced filters
Select from the available filter presets or open the advanced filters panel to narrow the list by stakeholder type, role, organisation, status, and other attributes.

Step 4: Search for specific stakeholders
Enter a name, organisation, or keyword into the search field to quickly find individual stakeholders or groups that match your criteria.

Step 5: Open and review stakeholder details
Click a stakeholder in the list or grid to open the split detail view, where you can review their contact information, roles, related organisations, and project involvement.

Step 6: Add a new person from the detail view
From the stakeholder detail split view, use the add person control to create and link a new person record that is related to the stakeholder you are viewing.

Step 7: Edit an existing stakeholder
From either the list, grid, or detail view, choose the edit option to update stakeholder information such as name, organisation, role, or status on the project.

Step 8: Change roles for multiple stakeholders in bulk
Select several stakeholders, then use the bulk role change action to assign or update their project roles in a single operation.

Step 9: Archive multiple stakeholders at once
Select the stakeholders you want to remove from active tracking and use the bulk archive action to archive them together without deleting their history.

Step 10: Detect and merge duplicate stakeholders
Review the duplicate detection banner when it appears, open the merge duplicates dialog, and follow the prompts to combine duplicate stakeholder records into a single, clean profile.
