Review stakeholder information and activity
Review stakeholder records, recent activity, connections, and compliance information in a unified view.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified stakeholder view
Navigate to the stakeholders area of your project to open the unified stakeholder view, which lists all people and organisations linked to the project.

Step 2: Browse stakeholder cards and table
Scroll through the stakeholder cards and unified stakeholder table to see key details such as name, type, and status for each stakeholder.

Step 3: Open stakeholder detail split view
Select a stakeholder from the list to open the split detail view, showing the stakeholder profile alongside additional context.

Step 4: Check the overview tab
Use the Overview tab to review core stakeholder information, including type, status, and any high-level notes stored in the system.

Step 5: Review recent activity
Switch to the Activity tab to see the stakeholder's recent interactions and recorded activities related to your project.

Step 6: Review stakeholder connections
Open the Connections tab to view suggested and confirmed connections between this stakeholder and other people or organisations in the project.

Step 7: Check compliance summary
Use the Compliance tab to see any available compliance summary information for the stakeholder, such as required checks or documentation status.

Step 8: Identify and review potential duplicates
When the system flags possible duplicates, use the merge duplicates dialog to compare records side by side before deciding how to proceed.
