Step 1: Open the dashboard view

Step 3: Drag widgets to new positions

Click and hold a widget’s header or main body, then drag it to a new location in the grid and release; the layout will automatically reflow other widgets around your chosen position.

Step 4: Snap widgets into the grid

As you move widgets, position them so they align cleanly with the underlying grid columns and rows; when you drop them, they will snap into place to keep the layout tidy.

Step 5: Respect locked or inherited widgets

Identify any widgets that appear locked or inherited and note that their positions may be fixed or have limited movement, so you can arrange other widgets around them.

Step 6: Adjust widget height where available

For widgets that support resizing, drag their resize handle to change height so that key content is visible without excessive scrolling.

After moving widgets, allow a moment for the grid to automatically compact and remove unnecessary gaps between widgets vertically.
