Review recent document changes

Review the latest document revisions, understand what changed, and see which trades are affected.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Document Changes widget

Navigate to the dashboard section that contains the Document Changes widget, where recent updates to project documents are listed.

Step 2: Review the list of recent document changes

Scan the list of documents to see which files have been updated, with their old and new revision numbers displayed side by side.

Step 3: Read the change summary for each document

For any updated document, read the brief change summary to understand what has been modified in that revision.

Step 4: Check which trades are affected

Look at the affected trades badges for each document to quickly see which project teams or disciplines need to be informed.

Step 5: See when each change was made

Use the time indicator on each entry (for example "15m ago" or "Yesterday") to understand how recent the change is.

Step 6: Refresh the list of document changes

Click the refresh button on the widget to pull in the latest available document change information from the system.
