Review AI summary insights

Use the AI Summary widget to quickly understand key highlights, risks and progress for your plan, and refresh insights as new data becomes available.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the AI Summary widget on your dashboard​

Navigate to the dashboard that contains the AI Summary widget. Locate the card with the brain icon and “AI Summary” title to view the latest generated insights for your plan or project.

Step 2: Review the key highlights​

Read the list of AI-generated highlights at the top of the widget. These bullet points summarise the most important updates, trends or outcomes detected in your current plan data.

Step 3: Check items requiring your attention​

Look at the “Needs attention” area to see specific items the AI has flagged. Warnings and risks are highlighted with icons and colour coding so you can quickly identify issues, informational notes, or confirmed successes.

Step 4: Understand the overall progress narrative​

Read the progress narrative section to get a short, plain‑language explanation of how the plan is progressing, including context on delays, improvements or upcoming milestones.

Step 5: Verify when the insights were last updated​

Check the “Last updated” indicator at the bottom of the widget to see how recent the AI analysis is, shown as a friendly time label such as “Just now”, “15m ago”, or a recent date and time.

Step 6: Refresh insights to get the latest analysis​

Select the Refresh button in the widget footer to trigger a new AI analysis based on the most current plan data. While the widget reloads, a loading state is shown until the updated highlights and attention items appear.
