Review AI summary insights

Use the AI Summary widget to quickly understand project highlights, risks and overall progress in one place.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the AI Summary widget​

Navigate to the dashboard that contains the AI Summary widget, where an overview card with an AI brain icon and summary text is displayed.

Step 2: Scan the key highlights​

Read the list of AI-generated highlights to understand the most important recent developments and outcomes on the project.

Step 3: Review items needing attention​

Look through the attention items list, noting warning, info and success badges to see what needs action, what is informational and what has been resolved.

Step 4: Understand overall progress narrative​

Read the progress narrative section to get a concise, plain-language explanation of how the project is progressing and any trends the AI has identified.

Step 5: Check when the insights were last updated​

Use the timestamp label showing when the AI summary was last refreshed (for example "Just now" or "15m ago") to judge how current the insights are.

Step 6: Refresh the AI insights​

Click the refresh button with the circular arrow icon to request an updated AI analysis, then wait briefly while the widget reloads with fresh highlights and attention items.
