Use the AI Summary widget to quickly understand current project highlights, risks, and progress in one place.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the AI Summary widget​

Navigate to the dashboard section that contains the AI Summary widget, identified by the brain icon and AI insights styling.

Step 2: Scan key project highlights​

Review the list of AI-generated highlights to understand the most important recent developments and achievements on the project.

Step 3: Check items requiring attention​

Look through the attention items, prioritising warnings and alerts, to identify risks, blockers, or actions that need follow-up.

Step 4: Read the progress narrative​

Read the AI-generated progress narrative to get a succinct, written overview of how the project is progressing over time.

Step 5: Confirm how recent the summary is​

Check the "Last updated" timestamp to understand when the AI summary was generated and how fresh the insights are.

Step 6: Refresh the AI insights​

Select the refresh button (circular arrow icon) to request an updated AI summary based on the latest available project data.
