Review the overall programme status
Use the Programme Overview widget to review programme dates, task progress and critical path health at a glance.

Steps
Step 1: Locate the Programme Overview widget
On the dashboard, find the Programme Overview widget showing your project name, current data date and the active programme view range.
Step 2: Check the programme timeframe
Review the start and end dates, overall duration and any visual indicators that show how far through the programme you currently are.
Step 3: Assess critical path health
Look at the critical path health section to see whether the programme is on track, at risk or delayed, including float days and number of risk items.
Step 4: Review task and milestone status
Scan the task and milestone summaries, including completion percentages, status badges and any highlighted critical or milestone items.
Step 5: Explore additional indicators
Use any icons, colour indicators or progress bars to understand trends, upcoming deadlines and areas needing attention.
