Review stalled lifecycle items
Use the stalled items widget to quickly identify lifecycle items that are overdue, blocked or slowing progress, and see where attention is needed across projects.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the stalled items widget
Locate the "Stalled items" widget on your forward look dashboard to see an overview of items that are not progressing as expected.

Step 2: Review the summary of stalled work
At the top of the widget, review the summary counts for total stalled items, overdue work, items due this week, and unassigned items to understand the scale of issues.

Step 3: Switch between grouped and flat views
Use the "Group by project" toggle to switch between viewing all stalled items in a single list or grouped under their respective projects.

Step 4: Inspect items by lifecycle and stage
Scan the list of items to see their lifecycle, current stage, and whether they are in terminal or intermediate stages, helping you spot where workflows are stuck.

Step 5: Check priorities and due dates
For each item, review its priority level, due date, and overdue status so you can focus first on urgent and overdue work.

Step 6: Identify ownership gaps
Look at the assignee information for each item to quickly identify unassigned or under-owned work that may be contributing to delays.

Step 7: Refresh stalled item data
Select the refresh control on the widget to pull the latest stalled item data and ensure you are working from an up-to-date view.
