Manage layout presets
Use the layout presets dialog to review, apply, and delete saved dashboard layouts.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the layout presets dialog
From your dashboard, select the option to manage layout presets. The Layout Presets dialog opens, listing all saved layouts with their names, widget counts, and last updated times.
Step 2: Review preset details
Scan the preset cards to see how many widgets each layout includes and when it was last updated, shown both as a relative time (for example, "2 hours ago") and a formatted date.
Step 3: Apply a layout preset
Click the Apply button on a preset card to use that layout on your dashboard. The button shows a loading state while the layout is being applied.
Step 4: Refresh the list of presets
Use the refresh control in the dialog header to reload the available layout presets and ensure you are viewing the latest saved layouts.
Step 5: Delete a layout preset
Click the Delete icon on a preset card to remove a layout. A confirmation dialog appears so you can confirm or cancel the deletion before the preset is permanently removed.
