Manage layout presets for your dashboard
Use saved layout presets to quickly switch dashboard configurations, review details, and remove layouts you no longer need.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the layout presets dialogue
From your dashboard, select the option to manage layout presets to open the Layout Presets dialogue where all saved layouts are listed.
Step 2: Review available layout presets
In the dialogue, browse the list of layout presets, checking their names, widget counts, and the "Last updated" times to understand which layout best fits your needs.
Step 3: Apply a saved layout preset
Click the Apply button on the desired preset card to switch your dashboard to that layout; the button will show a loading state while the layout is being applied.
Step 4: Confirm the applied layout on your dashboard
Once applied, review your dashboard to confirm that the widgets and layout match the selected preset configuration.
Step 5: Start deleting an unwanted layout preset
On the preset you wish to remove, select the Delete option to open a confirmation dialogue, preventing accidental removal of important layouts.
Step 6: Confirm preset deletion
In the confirmation dialogue, review the warning and click the confirm button to permanently delete the selected layout preset from the list.
