Switch dashboard levels in the toolbar

Use the dashboard toolbar level switcher to view dashboards inherited from PlanOps Standard, your organisation, or your own user level.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the dashboard toolbar

Navigate to your dashboard area until you can see the main toolbar at the top of the page, which includes options for switching pages and editing layouts.

Step 2: Check if your current dashboard is inherited

Look for the inheritance indicator in the toolbar, which appears when your current dashboard view is inherited from a higher level such as PlanOps Standard or your organisation.

Step 3: Open the level switcher

Click on the level switcher control in the toolbar to reveal the available levels, such as PlanOps Standard, organisation, and user dashboards.

Step 4: Switch to the PlanOps Standard dashboard

Select the PlanOps Standard level to view the default PlanOps dashboard template when it is available for your account.

Step 5: Switch to your organisation dashboard

Choose the organisation level to see the dashboard configured and managed centrally for your organisation, if one has been set up.

Step 6: Switch to your personal user dashboard

Select the user level to return to your own personalised dashboard, where you can work with widgets and layouts that are specific to your account.
