Review widget metrics in dashboard tiles
Use metric tiles and inline counts to quickly understand key numbers in your plan operations dashboard.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Locate the metric tiles in the widget
Scroll to the relevant widget in your dashboard and look for the boxed metric tiles in the summary grid; each tile highlights a key number for that widget.

Step 2: Read the main metric value
Focus on the bold number at the top of each tile to understand the current value for that metric, such as total items, completed work, or outstanding actions.

Step 3: Check the metric label and icon
Look at the small label and any accompanying icon beneath the value to see what the number represents, helping you distinguish between different counts at a glance.

Step 4: Compare inline metrics above lists
When viewing a widget with a list, use the inline metric strip above the list to compare related counts side by side without scrolling through detailed rows.

Step 5: Use colours to judge status and emphasis
Pay attention to the colour of the metric values, as different tones may be used to highlight status or importance, helping you spot issues or priorities quickly.
