Review float summary and task health

Use the Float Summary widget to understand overall programme float, task health, and risk items at a glance.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate the Float Summary widget on the dashboard​

On the programme dashboard, scroll to the Float Summary widget showing the current project name, data date, and overall float and health status.

Step 2: Review overall float and health status​

Check the days of float displayed and the health indicator (such as on track, at risk, or delayed) to understand the current schedule resilience and risk level.

Step 3: Check key task counts and risk items​

Review the badges or counters for total, critical, completed, in-progress, and overdue tasks, along with the number of risk items, to see where attention is needed.

Step 4: Inspect individual tasks and their status​

Scan the task list to see each task’s name, dates, duration, completion percentage, and whether it is critical or a milestone, so you can prioritise follow-up actions.
