Review programme float and schedule health

Use the Float Summary widget to understand current programme float, schedule health, and task risk so you can spot delays early.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Float Summary widget

On the dashboard, locate the Float Summary widget card showing the project name, data date, and overall days of float.

Step 2: Check overall float and health status

Review the headline days of float and the coloured health indicator (on track, at risk, or delayed) to assess overall schedule health at a glance.

Step 3: Review task breakdown and risk indicators

Look at the task counts for total, critical, completed, overdue, and in-progress work, along with any risk items, to understand where attention is needed.

Step 4: Inspect individual task details

Scroll through the task list to see each task’s dates, duration, completion percentage, critical or milestone status, and current state.

Step 5: Refresh the data

Select the refresh button on the widget to reload the latest schedule and task information from the source system.
