Review programme delay indicators
Use the Delay Indicator widget to understand current programme health, critical path risk, and any schedule delays at a glance.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Delay Indicator widget
Navigate to the Programme section of the dashboard and locate the Delay Indicator card showing project name, data date, and overall schedule status.

Step 2: Check overall critical path health
At the top of the widget, review the status badge and icon indicating whether the programme is on track, at risk, or delayed, along with any headline metrics such as available float days and risk items.

Step 3: Review delayed and at-risk tasks
Scan the task list to see which activities are delayed or at risk, using status icons, percentages complete, dates, and critical path flags to understand their impact on the schedule.

Step 4: Inspect milestones and key dates
Look at the milestone section to confirm whether key dates are completed or still pending, and identify any milestones that may be driving delay.

Step 5: Refresh the delay data
Use the refresh button on the widget header to reload the latest programme data from the source system and ensure the delay indicators are up to date.
