Review and track RFIs in your dashboard

Use the RFIs widget to review current Requests for Information, understand their status and priority, and see which team members are responsible.

Steps

Step 1: Open the RFIs widget on your dashboard

On the PlanOps dashboard, locate the RFIs widget card (marked with the RFIs icon and title) to view a summary of all RFIs relevant to you and your team.

Step 2: Check RFI status and priority at a glance

In the RFIs list, review each item’s status badge (such as Open, Pending, Answered, or Closed) and its priority indicator (Low, Normal, High, or Critical) to quickly identify which RFIs need the most attention.

Step 3: Review RFI details and responsibility

For each RFI row, read the subject, RFI number, who it is assigned to and from, days open, and response due date, noting any items marked as overdue so you can follow up with the responsible team members.

Step 4: Refresh the RFIs list to see the latest updates

Use the refresh control on the RFIs widget to reload the data and ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date statuses and due dates for all RFIs.
