Review task execution details and next steps
Use the task execution detail modal to review run results, inspect outputs, and launch recommended follow-on work.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the task execution detail modal
Open a completed or in-progress task run from the assistant or task list to view its execution details in a focused modal.

Step 2: Check overall run status and timing
At the top of the modal, review the task name, status icon, start and end times, and any duration or progress indicators to understand how the run performed.

Step 3: Inspect individual task steps and outputs
Scroll through the step-by-step breakdown to see each stage of the execution, including any warnings, errors, or detailed output from the TaskExecutionOutput panel.

Step 4: Refresh to see the latest execution state
Click the refresh control to re-fetch the latest execution data, updating the status, steps, and outputs without closing the modal.

Step 5: Launch a recommended follow-on task
From the "Recommended next steps" section, select a follow-on task chip to close this modal and open a new execution for the suggested follow-on work.

Step 6: Promote this run to a schedule
Use the schedule option to open the ScheduleTaskWizard, prefilled with details from this execution and any estimated IU cost, so you can convert the run into a recurring schedule.

Step 7: Close the modal when you are finished
When you are done reviewing the run, close the modal using the close icon or by clicking outside, returning to your previous view.
