Review AI risk analysis for your plan

Use the AI-powered Risk Analysis widget to review overall risk scores, understand trends, and identify key risks with suggested mitigations.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate the Risk Analysis widget on the dashboard​

Open your PlanOps dashboard and scroll to the AI Insights section until you see the Risk Analysis card, identified by the shield icon and risk score summary.

Step 2: Check the overall risk score and trend​

At the top of the widget, review the overall risk score and the accompanying trend indicator to see whether your risk profile is improving, worsening, or remaining stable over time.

Step 3: Review the list of identified risks​

Scan the list of risks displayed in the widget, noting each item’s title, category, and coloured severity badge indicating whether the risk is critical, high, medium, or low.

Step 4: Read mitigation suggestions for key risks​

For each listed risk, open and read the mitigation suggestion text to understand the AI’s recommended actions to reduce or manage the risk.

Step 5: Refresh the analysis to get the latest insights​

Click the refresh button in the widget header to trigger an updated AI analysis, then wait for the loading state to complete and review the refreshed score, trend, and risk list.
