Review AI insights about your plan operations
Use the AI Insights feed widget to review automated findings, understand priorities, and decide what actions to take on your projects.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the AI Insights feed widget
On the dashboard, locate the AI Insights widget, identified by the brain or sparkles icon and a title such as "AI insights" or similar, then ensure it is visible on your screen.
Step 2: Check overall insight summary
At the top of the widget, review the summary showing the total number of insights and a breakdown by category and priority to understand the current AI-detected situation at a glance.
Step 3: Filter insights by category or priority
Use the filter controls, marked with a filter icon, to narrow the list by categories such as information, warning, error or by priority such as high, medium, low, so you can focus on the most important items first.
Step 4: Review individual insight cards
For each insight card, read the title, summary, category badge, confidence and priority indicators to understand what the AI has detected and how urgent or reliable it is.
Step 5: View detailed explanation for an insight
Select an insight and use the "View details" or similar control (often shown with a chevron or information icon) to expand and see the full explanation, including any non-technical version of underlying system errors.
Step 6: Explore related items and recommended actions
Within the expanded insight, review any related items and recommended actions suggested by the AI to understand what next steps you can take to address the issue.
Step 7: Refresh the AI insights feed
Click the refresh button, indicated by a circular arrow icon, to request an updated set of AI insights based on the latest project data.
