Use the AI insights feed to review automatically generated observations, issues and recommendations about your plan, prioritised by impact and urgency.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the AI insights widget
On the dashboard, locate the AI insights widget showing a list of recent insights with icons, badges and timestamps.
Step 2: Scan the insights list by category and priority
Review each insight card, using the colour-coded category and priority badges to quickly spot critical errors, warnings and key information.
Step 3: Read the AI-generated summary for each insight
Select an insight in the feed to read its title and summarised explanation, helping you understand what the AI has identified and why it matters.
Step 4: View detailed context and recommended actions
Expand an insight to see full details, including any related items and recommended follow-up actions suggested by the AI.
Step 5: Refresh the insights feed
Use the refresh control on the widget to request the latest AI insights so the feed reflects the most current plan data.
