Track programme milestones
Monitor key programme milestones, their target dates and status in a single dashboard widget.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review overall milestone list
Open the Programme dashboard and locate the Milestone Tracker widget to see a list of all configured milestones with their names and target dates.
Step 2: Check milestone status at a glance
Scan the status badges and icons beside each milestone to quickly identify which items are on track, at risk, delayed, or completed.
Step 3: Inspect milestone timing against target date
Use the displayed target date and status indicators (such as warning or delay icons) to understand whether each milestone is progressing as planned.
Step 4: Read milestone descriptions for context
View the milestone description text, where available, to understand the scope, expectations, or any notes associated with that milestone.
Step 5: Refresh milestone data
Use the widget’s refresh control to reload the latest milestone data from the programme backend when timelines or statuses change.
