Customise the PlanOps dashboard with widgets

Use widgets and the AI assistant to build a tailored PlanOps dashboard, adjust layout, and resolve loading issues.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the PlanOps dashboard​

Navigate to the PlanOps dashboard for your project or organisation level; the main grid and toolbar load with your existing widgets.

Step 2: Add a new widget from the library​

Select the option to add a widget, open the widget library, and browse categories to choose a visualisation that fits your reporting needs.

Step 3: Create widgets with the AI assistant​

Open the AI assistant panel and describe the data or insight you need; the assistant suggests and creates suitable widgets automatically on the dashboard.

Step 4: Configure widget settings​

Open a widget's configuration panel to adjust its data source, chart type, measures and layout so the visual matches your reporting requirements.

Step 5: Duplicate and reposition widgets​

Duplicate useful widgets and drag them around the grid so you can quickly create variations and arrange them into a clear layout.

Step 6: Switch between organisation and project levels​

Use the dashboard level controls or breadcrumbs to move between organisation and project views, updating the widgets and data you see.

Step 7: Retry if the dashboard fails to load​

If you see a "Failed to Load Dashboard" alert, review the error message and use the "Try Again" button to reload the dashboard.
