Review lifecycle items due
Use the Lifecycle Items Due widget to review, prioritise, and track upcoming and overdue lifecycle tasks across your projects.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Lifecycle Items Due widget
Locate the Lifecycle Items Due widget on your dashboard, identified by the calendar and clock icon and a summary of how many items are due, overdue, and unassigned.

Step 2: Refresh the list of due items
Select the refresh button in the widget header to reload the latest lifecycle items from the server, ensuring you are working with up-to-date due dates and statuses.

Step 3: Switch between project grouping views
Use the Group by project toggle to switch between a flat list of all due items and a grouped view that organises items by project, making it easier to focus on a specific project’s workload.

Step 4: Filter lifecycle items by due status
Apply filters such as all, overdue, due this week, upcoming, or no date using the filter controls to focus on items that match your current priority.

Step 5: Review summary indicators and alerts
Check the summary badges and alert indicators that highlight how many items are overdue, due this week, or unassigned so you can quickly identify potential risks and bottlenecks.

Step 6: Inspect individual lifecycle items
Click into each lifecycle item row to review its reference, title, lifecycle name, current stage and colour, priority, assignee, project, and due date, noting any overdue or at-risk status.

Step 7: Identify items without an assignee or due date
Use the unassigned and no-date indicators within the list to spot items that need an owner or a clear deadline so you can follow up and assign responsibility outside this widget.
