Review project audit status in the dashboard

Use the Audit Dashboard widget to review latest audit outcomes, stop-work warnings, and upcoming audit requirements for your project.

Steps

Step 1: Open the project dashboard

Navigate to your project’s main dashboard where the Audit Dashboard widget is displayed among other project widgets.

Step 2: Review the overall audit status summary

Look at the top of the widget to see the current audit status, including any overall rating badges such as "Satisfactory" or "Needs improvement".

Step 3: Check for any active stop-work warnings

If a stop-work condition is active, review the highlighted banner showing the associated audit and click through if needed for more detail.

Step 4: View the latest audit details

In the latest audit section, review the date, outcome rating, and key information, then select the row to open the full audit record if required.

Step 5: Check upcoming or overdue audits

Use the scheduled or upcoming audits area to see when the next audits are due, helping you plan actions to stay compliant.

Step 6: Refresh the audit information

Select the refresh control on the widget to reload the audit summary and ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date information.
