Review stalled items in the forward look
Use the stalled items widget to identify work that has not moved recently, filter by stage, and group by project to focus follow-up actions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the stalled items widget
On the forward look dashboard, locate the stalled items widget indicated by a pause or clock icon and open it to see items that have not moved recently.

Step 2: Review high-level stalled item counts
At the top of the widget, check the summary tiles to see total stalled items and how many sit in each lifecycle stage.

Step 3: Filter stalled items by lifecycle stage
Use the filter chips to switch between "All" and specific lifecycle stages so you can focus on items stalled in a particular part of the process.

Step 4: Sort by how long items have been quiet
Review the list, which is automatically sorted so the items with the longest time since last update appear first, helping you prioritise follow-up.

Step 5: Interpret staleness colours and row tints
Use the colour cues to gauge urgency, with neutral tones for recent updates, amber for items quiet for more than a week, and red for those stalled for more than a fortnight.

Step 6: Group stalled items by project
If available on your dashboard, toggle the "Group by project" control to organise stalled items under their respective projects for easier ownership and escalation.

Step 7: Drill into individual stalled items
Click on an item row to open its details in the main application, where you can update status, add notes, or reassign work as needed.
