Create a custom dashboard widget from the widget library

Use the widget library to add a new custom register-style widget to your project dashboard.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the widget library dialog​

Open the widget library dialog from your dashboard so you can browse and add new widgets.

Step 2: Select the "Custom" widget category​

In the widget library dialog, choose the Custom category to view options for building your own widget.

Step 3: Start building a custom widget​

Click the "Build a custom widget" option to create and add a new register-style widget to your project-level dashboard.
