Review and manage your assigned tasks
Use the My Tasks widget to review your current workload, understand upcoming and overdue tasks, and update task statuses as you progress work.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the My Tasks widget
On the dashboard, locate the "My Tasks" widget card, which summarises your personal tasks and shows status and due-date information at a glance.

Step 2: Review task summary indicators
At the top of the widget, review the summary counts for total tasks, overdue items, and tasks due today or this week to quickly assess your workload.

Step 3: Filter tasks by status or priority
Use the filter controls (including the filter and calendar icons) to narrow the task list by status, priority, or due-date range, so you can focus on the most relevant work.

Step 4: Inspect task details
In the task list, review each task’s title, status, priority, due date, overdue indicator, and linked project name to understand what is required and when.

Step 5: Update a task status
For a selected task, use the status action (for example, starting work, moving to review, or marking as closed) to update its status; the widget will immediately reflect the new state.

Step 6: Refresh your task list
Click the refresh control on the widget header to reload data from the server, ensuring the list and summary reflect the latest task information.
