Manage project tasks
Use the unified tasks page to view, filter and organise all tasks in your project across list, board, timeline and workload views.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified tasks page
Navigate to the Tasks section of your project to open the unified tasks page, where all project tasks are listed.

Step 2: Switch between task views
Use the view switcher to change between list, board, timeline and workload views, depending on how you want to review your tasks.

Step 3: Apply filters and presets
Use the filter bar to refine tasks by assignee, status, dates or other criteria, and choose a preset such as all tasks or other saved filters.

Step 4: Sort the task list
Adjust the sort options to order tasks by fields such as last updated so the most relevant work appears at the top.

Step 5: Select tasks for bulk actions
Select one or more tasks in the list or board to enable bulk actions such as changing status or deleting tasks.

Step 6: Change status for multiple tasks
Use the bulk status change option to update the status of all selected tasks in one action.

Step 7: Request bulk deletion of tasks
Use the bulk delete option to request deletion of the selected tasks and confirm the action in the confirmation dialogue.

Step 8: View task details in split view
Select a task from any view to open its details in the split view panel for deeper inspection without leaving the page.

Step 9: Create a new task quickly
Use the quick add area to capture a new task with minimal fields so it appears immediately in your current view.

Step 10: Open the full add task dialogue
Use the Add task button to open the full task creation dialogue where you can set type, priority, assignee and other details.

Step 11: Explore task templates
Open the templates catalogue to browse available task templates suited to common workflows in your project.

Step 12: Create a task from a template
Select a template and use the create from template dialogue to generate a new task prefilled with the template details.

Step 13: Manage and use saved views
Open the saved views manager to save your current filters and view mode or switch between existing saved views.

Step 14: Open a task via deep link
Use a direct task URL to open the unified tasks page with the specified task preselected in the details panel.
