View task details in a task card

Use the task card to quickly review key task details, including schedule, priority, status and performance, before opening the full task view.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the task list

Navigate to the tasks area of the workspace to see the list or board where each task is shown as a card with key details.

Step 2: Locate the task card

Scroll or filter the task list until you find the specific task card you want to review, identified by its task name and status badge.

Step 3: Review schedule and due date

Look at the scheduling text on the card to understand how often the task runs and, where relevant, the specific due date or time.

Step 4: Check priority and ownership

Use the coloured border and background to identify task priority, and review the assignment icon to see whether the task is owned by a user or automated bot.

Review the status chip and success rate percentage to understand the task's current state and how reliably it has run in the past.

Click anywhere on the task card to open the detailed task view for more information or to make changes.
