View task details at a glance
Use task cards to quickly understand each task’s status, schedule, priority and performance so you can decide what to work on next.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Identify task priority from the coloured border
Look at the coloured left border of each task card to see its priority level (for example, red for high, yellow for medium, green for low) so you can focus on the most important work first.

Step 2: Check the current task status badge
Read the status badge on the card (such as pending, in_progress, completed or cancelled) to understand where the task is in its lifecycle.

Step 3: Review the task’s schedule and due information
Review the schedule text on the card, which shows whether the task runs once, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom schedule, including the next due date or time where available.

Step 4: Assess success rate and execution history
Use the success rate and execution count displayed on the card (when available) to see how reliably the task has been completing over time.

Step 5: Open the full task view
Click anywhere on the task card to open the full task details view, where you can see all configuration, history and additional options for that task.
