View task execution history

Review when a task last ran, see its status, and inspect previous execution outputs and errors.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the task details panel

Navigate to your project, open the task you are interested in, and scroll to the execution section where recent runs are listed with their status and timestamps.

Step 2: Review the latest execution status

Check the most recent execution row to see whether the task is pending, running, completed, or has completed with errors, along with when it started and how long it took.

Step 3: Inspect execution output

Select an execution entry to open its detailed output view, where you can review summaries, processed document counts, queries raised, and any structured data returned by the task.

Step 4: Expand to full execution history

Use the history control to show the full execution list so you can browse older runs, compare outcomes over time, and identify recurring issues.

Step 5: Check for errors or refused runs

Look for executions marked as failed, refused, or completed with errors, then open them to read any error messages and understand what went wrong.
