Review task details in a task card
View key information about a task, including schedule, priority, status, and performance, from a compact task card.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Locate the task card in your workspace
Find the task you want to review in the task list or board view; each task is shown as a card with its name and key details.

Step 2: Check the task status badge
Look at the status badge on the card, which shows the current task state with a label and icon consistent with other task views.

Step 3: Review schedule and due date information
If the task is scheduled, read the schedule text on the card, such as a one-off date, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or custom schedule.

Step 4: Assess task priority and visual emphasis
Use the coloured border and background of the card to quickly see whether the task is marked as high, medium, or low priority.

Step 5: Inspect execution and success performance
Where available, review the execution and success counts to understand how often the task has run and its success rate percentage.

Step 6: Open the full task view
Click anywhere on the task card to open the detailed task view for further actions and deeper information.
