Use the task detail view status bar to see where a task is in its lifecycle and what action is expected next.

Steps
Step 1: Open the task detail view
Navigate to the relevant task from your task list and open its detail view to see full information about that specific task.

Step 2: Review the task header
At the top of the page, review the task header to confirm the task title, key identifiers, and overall context before checking its status.

Step 3: Check the shared status bar
Look at the shared status bar to understand the current lifecycle status of the task and see clear guidance on what is likely to happen next.

Step 4: Confirm task progress and state
Use the status bar indicators to confirm whether the task is planned, in progress, blocked, under review, completed, or in another state.

Step 5: Review task content and connections
Scroll through the main task content and connections area to see detailed information, related items, and any dependencies that may affect the next steps.

Step 6: Check activity and timeline for context
Use the activity and lifecycle timeline sections to understand recent updates, historical changes, and how the task has moved through its lifecycle.

Step 7: Decide the next action based on status
Based on the lifecycle status and contextual information, decide what you or your team need to do next, such as progressing the work, resolving blockers, or closing the task.
