Manage all your tasks in one place

The tasks page brings every task on your project together, so you can check, filter, sort and manage the work using whichever view suits you best.

Steps

Step 1: Open the tasks page

From your project, go to the Tasks section to see every task for the project in one place.

Step 2: Switch between ways of viewing tasks

Use the view switcher to move between a list, a board, a timeline, or a workload view, depending on how you want to see the work laid out.

Step 3: Narrow down to the tasks you need

Use the filter bar to narrow tasks down by status, assignee, dates, or other details, or pick a ready-made preset such as all tasks or your tasks.

Step 4: Sort the task list

In list view, change the sort order to see tasks by last updated, due date or priority, whichever helps you most right now.

Step 5: Update several tasks at once

Select more than one task to update their status, or delete several at the same time, instead of doing it one by one.

Step 6: Open a task without losing your place

Click a task to open its full details in a side panel, so you can check everything about it without leaving the main list.

Use the keyboard shortcuts to move up and down the list, open details, and manage tasks more quickly once you're used to them.

Step 8: Jump straight to one task

Open or share a link that points at a specific task. It'll take you straight there, even if your current filters would normally hide it.
