Review and manage your task list
Use the task list view to filter, sort and select tasks so you can focus on the work that matters most.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the task list view
Navigate to the Tasks area of the application and open the list view to see all available tasks in a table layout.

Step 2: Apply filters to narrow down tasks
Use the filter controls above the list to limit tasks by type, status, priority, assignee, phase, due date range, tags, dependencies, or critical path.

Step 3: Sort tasks by key fields
Click a column header such as Updated, Due date, Title, Status, Priority, Phase or Progress to sort tasks; click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Step 4: Select individual tasks
Tick the checkbox next to any task row to select that task for bulk actions or closer review, and untick it to remove it from the current selection.

Step 5: Select or clear all visible tasks
Use the checkbox in the table header to select all tasks currently shown by your filters, or click it again to clear the selection.

Step 6: Open a task for more details
Click anywhere on a task row (other than the checkbox) to open the task details view in order to review or update its information.

Step 7: Update task status from the list
Use the status control in each task row to quickly change the task status without leaving the list view.
